My nephew, Mason, showed his pig, Red, at

the 4-H show Monday. I was tickled to get to go watch! Being at the

fairgrounds brought back some fond memories of showing my cows way back!
Here are some shots

of Mason prepping, getting some last minute show tips, and showing Red.
Red wanted to run in the ring, so Mason had to work to keep him in line!

Red after the show!! He was a tired old boy!

Ah fair time. My kids showed dairy goats from the time they were about 5 yrs (my goats in open class) through 4 H and FFA in Highschool. I enjoyed it at the time but really don't miss all that work anymore. It is very nice for you to go and support your nephew.
